Vitesse was a Dutch outfit founded in 1975 by Herman van Boeijen (drums) and Herman Brood (piano). Herman Brood was on the edge of being world famous in Holland and left the band after their first album. Herman van Boeijen carried on with countless fellow musicians. One side of this album captures the first line-up in some never before published songs and some alternate takes. The other side captures a later line-up with Toeroe Leerdam on bass, Rudy DeQueljoe and Jan van der Meij on guitar. Songs never before on vinyl but previously released on cd.
